There isn't one. We build your site at our cost and host it on our infrastructure during the 6-month trial. We publish two proof reports — an interim read at day 90 and a full before/after at day 180. We're betting that after seeing visible results twice, most business owners will gladly pay a fair annual fee to keep what's working. If you don't want to continue, we take the site down. Your domain stays with you. No invoice, no collections, no awkward call.
During the trial and any subscription period, the website code, files, and hosting are our intellectual property. Your domain name, any photos or content you supplied, and all customer data are yours — always. If you choose Option B (buyout) at the end of the trial, we transfer the full website package to you and you own it outright.
No — and anyone who does is lying. Rankings depend on Google's algorithm, competitor activity, review velocity, and dozens of factors outside anyone's control. What we guarantee is a documented before/after: we capture the baseline, execute our playbook, and show you real data at day 90. If nothing improves, you have every right to walk away at zero cost.
From signed contract to live site: typically 2–3 weeks. Week 1 is discovery, photos, and GBP audit. Weeks 2–3 is building, schema, and content approval. You review everything before anything goes public.
We replace it. Your old site stays online until the new one launches, then we point your domain at the new build. If you decide to walk away at the end of the trial, we can help you restore the old site or hand you clean access to your domain so you can go any direction.
Your Google Business Profile, Search Console, Analytics, and domain are always yours — you own those accounts from day one. If you end the subscription, we remove the site within 30 days, hand you the analytics history, and delete any remaining data on request. Clean break.
No — the subscription is an annual commitment. To stop at renewal, we need 30 days written notice before the renewal date. That said, we don't lock anyone in for a second year if they've decided to leave. We'd rather keep the clients who actually want to be here.
